Sudden bleeding thru the Nose.....

If there is continuous bleeding, immediate medical care is advised

One may bleed through the Nose ..... all of a sudden. No reason to worry or panic... it's essentially due to excessive heat within one's system.

Eat one whole Gooseberry ---- large variety as shown here. Usually, it is the children who are affected the most ..... playing out in the Sun all day long .....  it would be easier to feed the same in the form of Gooseberry Jam.
