Take a ripe fruit ..... drop the fruit about 6 inches from the ground, if it doesn't bounce, it's ripe ..... break it open and pour the contents into a bowl.... mix it with a few teaspoons of honey, jaggery/palm sugar.... wait for an hour or two ....
